Lakewood at Emerald Hills Hollywood Florida Lakewood at Emerald Hills Hoa Community Nightmare! Community illegally towes residents vehicles with parking decals, they make no apologies. Costs hundreds to get back. Manager at night when off duty cruises with an independent tow company to take vehicles. Rumor is there's kickbacks..unsubstantiated as of now but why work for free? Staff is rude no accountability or grievance process. Staff tampers with mailboxes and takes mail. Actions are unbelievable until experienced. Postman USPS was told to return legal mail from resident involved in legal actions vs. Community. Totally illegal behavior and practices. Run away from here.
