I ordered the skin care trial kit from LaskinSerum and was billed for shipping 3.95 and another 4.95 for the second product offered. after a few weeks i receieved a payment from my credit car for $97.41 from Lulaluciouslift then another from Laskinserum whom i found is La Skincare serum billed $98.41 to my credit card also.
To my understanding; I was to pay the shipping on each product to try and like or dislike. so far 2 companies has charged my credit card. I called Lulaluciouslift and was told that they had no record of me nor could their computers find my charges and that they could do nothing to help me. I was hung up on after continuing to find out why had they billed me but still nothing. i called back and was treated the same way.
I then called the LA Serum company and was told that even though i didnot see an 14 day opt out and even though the serum burned my eyes, I should still use it for a while and no payment would be returned. I explained that i donot want the product and as stated before I was told that i had to pay and that they would negoiate a payment for me.
After being hung up on by one company. The other demaned i still pay. I recieved a call back from LA Skincare (whoever they are to be) and was given a return product code to send the product back at my expense and was told the issue would be negoiated. Still not telling me who this other company was nor why was i paying to send this package back. God knows I donot want to look good nor be with out wrinkles for the cost of nearly 200.00 per month plus becoming blind from the worthless serum burning my eyes.
I called and filed a disspute with my credit card company as I know this will be a long process to get this off my credit card monthly. I hope no one else is being pulled in by hidden charges and a product that may or maynot remove the wrinkles and aging looks that god intended us to have. This is horrible to deal with when you are a honest person with people so rude to deal with. Any help available?

While I was typing my complaint to this site, I just received 2 emails from LA Skin RMA. To my surprise I was emailed the return package authorization number(which I already used and returned) and a statement from them saying that my credit card would be credited once the package is sent back. They states that the fact that the product irritated my eyes is why I am Possible being refuned (no mention of the quested charges which lead to the disturbing phone calls)for the product Collalgen serum but No mention of the other charges of $97.71. I had just filed the disspute with my credit card and bank. Not sure if this will actually happen, but from the complaints I am now reading about this product and companies involved I donot expect to see a refund unless my credit card company does it.
Do not be mislead by this Update on my issue. Nothing has been solved at this moment. But the LA SKin RMA did send me a email saying they would correct one part of this problem
