LAMPS PLUS Company shipped me twice open box merchandised whe it was represented as NEW STOCK Chatsworth, California
On two ocassions I ordered from Lamps Plus NEW STOCK. Both times I received open stock with hardware and parts missing. This is a very deceptive practice! They tried to make it right by sending me a brand new fixture now I have three and only need two. So I asked for one them to be credited back on my card . THEY REFUSED to do this. I feel the last one they sent was complimentary so therefore I should be able to return the open box stock especially when the represented it AS NEW STOCK!
