They billed me back in Sept 2017 for a visit from August 2017 which insurance denied secondary to coding. I called about it in September and they said it would be sent back for re-coding. I never heard another thing from them and paid several other bills from them without delay. February 2018 I get a final notice or you are going to collections letter stating they sent me several statements and tried to call me several times. Not true. I called the billing dept and after waiting forever for a human then being put on hold was told that it was not being recoded and I owed the money. No more LGH for me.
