"We purchased a puppy and paid in full . when it come time to meet he said puppy was sick ... This started in May 2016 and tried to meet with him in August . My daughter went to Arkansas and he stated puppy was ill. Said he had others but never offered any pictures .Husband texted him and he said he wants 600 more dollars than what is on sales receipt .We have tried everything . It says paid in full ... Since I have found many to have had issues with him. At this point we would just like our 1100.00 . I used a debit card but I paid thru friends and family and was not covered by the protection plan and it has been over ninety days and bank will not help . Thank you

This exact same thing happened to me. I met someone in LA who had purchased a dog from Lance and she recommended him highly so I got in touch with him and put a deposit down on a dog. i was told that the dog was ready to ship and to send the remaining balance plus shipping. Days later I was told that the dog was still too small and he didn't want to seperate the dog from its mother so he couldn't ship it yet. I stayed in contact and was then asked if I wanted to buy a second dog because they do better in pairs. Then he stopped responding and I told him that I needed confirmation that he would send the dog this week and no response and the last time I called his phone has been disconnected.

After receiving this report Lance was extremely cooperative in getting the puppy to us at our expense. We received our puppy a few days ago and he is perfect and so loving and so sweet so I can vouch for the fact that Lance is a reputable breeder. He needs to find a better payment method than friends and family payments via paypal or requesting money via moneygram so that his buyers feel more secure in their purchases. After this whole experience I still highly recommend him and his pups, I just also highly recommend paying him through a secure method and I would recommend to him that he charge a little more for his dogs if his current price is not covering all of his expenses. Really hope he can turn things around as our dog is incredible! Thank you Lance!
