This rental property is not worth your time or money.
Problems: Noise, Ants, poor construction
Major Problems: They do not honor agreements or promises made. They will promise or agree to anything to secure a lease. Please don't sign anything until you see the unit. Insist on replacing and documenting the most minor issues because if you don't document it, they will charge you for it! The staff changes on a regular basis so don't think they will be there at the end of your lease.
The community looks nice on the outside but I won't recommend this community at all! **Deception and lies** I had a very sour experience here, and yes I will tell EVERYONE about it. They might have stole my money but they can't stop my FREEDOM OF SPEECH!
