Landmark Ford I had my vehicle in for routine maintenance and they told me my brakes were fine Tigard Oregon
After taking my vehicle in for routine maintenance, which includes a brake inspection, I was told the brakes were fine. However, less than 6 week later my brakes were making a bad noise, so I took it in to the closest brake store to see if perhaps I had a rock in the brakes.
They inspected the brakes, and found that the rear brakes were both metal to metal, and when I told them I had been told by Landmark that they were fine, they said they most likely didn't even take the drums off to make the inspection, as they were difficult to remove.
I had to get new brake drums due to the damage that had been done, and I was also told that the vehicle should not be driven in the shape that the brakes were in.
