I used to work for Landmark Merchant Solutions, and I will tell you those sales guys were drinking on the job and doing drugs in the bathroom. There was also sexual harrassment going on as well which the higher-ups turned a blind eye to. And anyone who didn't play along, or merely did their job and avoided them socially were subjected to harrassment from George or Steve. Their behavior became coffee talk around the office. We were told that because they paid our salary we were to be "friendly" to them. It was hard though, when the rumor mill would circulate about their antics and you can't help but feel disgusted by them. Especially when they made passes at you at office parties or get togethers. And if you tried to explain that they make you feel uncomfortable to your supervisors, you are told you are paranoid. Even worse, you're told by your immediate superviser that there is nothing that can be done, that the sales guys will deny it and you'll be in trouble. Thank God I don't work there anymore.
