Landmark Timeshares.com Promised a buyer and said 1800 to do the deal. Buyer was willing to pay14,000. Not one word since. Waltham Massachusetts
I was contacted by a Sean Thomas from Landmark Timeshares in Waltham, Ma. He said he had a buyer from England who wanted to buy up many of the timeshares that I am with. He said it took 1800$ up front to do the deal and we would close within a week. I sent the check and that is the last I have heard.
I understand that this is happening to many people who want to sell their timeshares now. It would be great if the Waltham police would be more aggressive in this ,but they say we have to contact our police and they would follow up.
