The trust knowingly and willingly rent to drug addicts and criminals that continually mar the neighborhood they live in. One tenant (or guest of tenants) a man perhaps 6'4" or taller, 300 pounds or heavier, with a dark brown or black short hair, brown eyes and a dark complexion, usually accompanied by 1 black and white dog walks around the neighborhood stealing people's mail and threatening people. He will not go away. He used to drive a blue sedan, license: 870 DSS or vice versa. Watch out for this person as he is dangerous. The Trust is negligent in allowing such persons into a nice quiet family neighborhood.
