My name is Daniel St.Pierre. My wife Elizabeth and I hired Lane to replace our pool pump and filter, as well as clean out our pool that sat for over 3 years before we purchased a property in Brooksville. IN dealing with Lane, we feel we were victims of a typical bait and switch scam, were sold used equipment we did not request, and to make matters worse, $600.00 later, we are left with a mucky, half empty pool nowhere near as Lane's promised "clear blue, good as new." Plus, he left our pool deck, sidewalk and car port in disarray, a complete mess soiled in algae and toxic, white residue. Needless to say we do not recommend doing business with this man who hurled insults and threatened to sue us when he was informed we would leave negative reviews online after we paid him cash, in full. To him that has an ear, let him hear.

Mr. Sanders amicably dropped by our place today, and passionately apologized for the incident that took place back in 2013.
Although I ended up cleaning our pool myself, I learned quite a lot in the process. Also, the pump Mr. Sanders sold us and installed continues to work flawlessly, allowing us to enjoy our pool far beyond words.
If I could remove or delete my complaint, I would in a second, but unfortunately the Ripoff Report website does not allow for removals.
As such, it is my hope anyone reading my complaint from 2013 will take in consideration Mr. Sanders' courage to addresst me personally today, deliver a heart felt apology and wish my family the best are a clear indication he, and his business have grown and evolved beyond our initial meeting, and in spite of this report and corresponding video which I gladly removed from YouTube.
To him who has an ear, let him hear.
