Laptop Rescue Sold me a defective product and disappeared when I tried to return it. Wouldn't return calls or emails. Tried for weeks to no avail.. Internet
These people are nothing but scam artists and should not be dealt with under any circumstances. They sold me a charger for my laptop that worked for all of 3 weeks, then died. The reason I chose them for my purchase was because their website touts their warranty and return service as being excellent. Please believe me when I tell you there is absolutely no way to reach Laptop Rescue once they have your money. Forget about anything they say about their warranty and returns. They will not respond to emails, forms you have to fill out for returns or phone calls. Their phone menu says "Press 2 for all returns." but no matter what you press, you'll only get a fast busy signal, which is all I could get for days and days. Also, there is no physical address or state where they're doing business on their website, which makes it difficult to report them to the BBB. Stand warned!
