so i see this ad in a small business magazine about selling so called factory 3rd tier laptops with small cosmetic defects but i still have not received the certifcation to sell these laptops. the cost of this program was 89 dollars and instead of receiving a guide in the mail about how to get my certification i get emails with some kinda information. i try to email the guy back in the email but he does not respond. i expect this to be a fraud because the guy i contact is very rude and ignores my calls when i ask for a refund. when i ask the guy on the phone how i can get started he asks me to send him more money for the laptops sounds like a scam to me. i am supposed to have my own website to sell these 3rd tier laptops set up within a week and it still has not been launched. i suspect fraud with this company because they only accept money orders to order there program. any help on this company would help me out thanks.
