I am a disabled veteran and I have had accounts with LAREDO NATIONAL BANK since 1975. Recently they change their over draft policies and rates.
The use a common well known system to make it easy to overdraft using your BANK CARD like posting charges 24 days late or authorizing payment to someone doing a non authrized charge.
Then when contacted by phone (ms Maria Estela Garcia) they just blow you off .. without any concern for their customer.

It seems they protect the person or company who made the improper charge, also they give you a false sence of security when you see your balance which is in arrers as far as posting is concerned ..
