If a guy by the name of Larry Caines aka Larry Hill approaches you about delivering flyers and creating and real estate newsletter, this guy is a con artist and a scammer .. Run the other way. He talks a good game but doesn't deliver and when questioned he has every excuse in the book. His wife Kim is even in on it she drives him around meeting people. Don't give this guy money he is a crook and will rip you off
