Larry Caines of YNN or Your Neighborhood News offers a Monthly newsletter to Realtors for a upfront fee. He does not deliver what is promised verbally or by contract. He consistently makes excuses why he can not deliver on his promises or written contractual obligations. He takes your money and then will not give refund for non service- but will just keep promising that the check is in the mail. He makes statements to other Realtors if they have heard and questioned his business practices that the Realtors are to hard to work with and he has refunded there fees(obviously not true, look in to all the complaints)
PLEASE FOR YOUR SAKE- DO NOT BELIEVE THIS LIAR !
