I find it very hard to believe that in the finance office while you were signing the papers, the salesman, sales manager and finance manager just changed your warranty without your knowledge. Is it possible that with the 100,000 mile warranty they were not able to get your loan financed, and so they had to change it to the 'next best thing'? Also, I am SURE something was mentioned to you about the change. Onto your $175.00 to replace your key complaint. Now, is this charge for the KEY or for the KEY and REMOTE? We might be able to get a key made for our house for 5 bucks however, that is NOT the case for vehicles now days. You purchased a new vehicle.... EVERYTHING is going to be more expensive to replace! Are you going to complain when you need to replace the tires, a fuel filter or even THE OIL? Come on now, I know for a fact that most of the men and women who work for Larry Miller or any other dealership are not out to rip you off. It is not like they wake up in the morning and rub their hands together and think, "Who can I screw today?!?!" Thank you for listening, The girlfriend of a Larry H. Miller Sales Manager
