Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?

I am here to inform you that the salesmen at Larry H. Miller Nissan in Highlands Ranch, Colorado are bullies, silver tongued devils, unprofessionals, liars, cheaters and scam artiists.  They talk a pretty good game, telling you they can get you in a car with no problem.  They run your credit see that you credit score is low and continue to sell you that they will get you in a vehicle of your choice.

They end up manipulating you with telling you that you will need a co-signer with excellent credit to approved you for the car loan. You are so exicted that you agree to the car contract. After a week of so you realize that you never received your copy of the original documents from the purchase.  When you go to the dealership they conveniently can not find your original copies, so they give you copies of a copy. Because the originals have been shredded.

Then you notice that the dates of the copies that you have are not the dates that you purchased the vehicle. My daughter was a victim of a straw puchase she is also a victim of a spot delivery scam.  They have all these obscene fees attached to this vehicle. Which is ridiculous!!

My daughter purchase a vehicle maintenance contract from Landcar Insurance a division of the Larry Miller Auto Group on December 10th, 2013 for a brand new Nissan Juke.  She call Landcar Insurance and told them to cancel the contract due to fact she can not use it and them selling her an invalid maintenance agreement.  She was instructed to send a letter via mail and they would cancel her contract.

She was told it would take 2 to 3 weeks for this to credit back to her account.  She called Landcar to see why her account wa snot credited?  The guy informed her that the $4040 that she paid for the extended warranty would not be credited to her but instead to the Nissan Motor Corporation; and that they would only credit her #3, 120.  She told them she would have never purchased this plan had she known that she would not be able to use it.

She was told that they are pro-rating this plan.  How can they pro-rate a plan that has never been use and is a fraudulent contract because it can never be used?  This whole experince is very frustrating and a waste of her time.  She  want all of the extended warranty purchase of $4040 refunded to her.

Even after talking with the supervisor at Landcar (why would someone purchase a contract tha they cannot use is beyond me?)  He told her she would not get a full refund.  She is reporting this to you due to breech of contract and fradulent activities and bad busines practices. She has all the documentation if needed.

I do not want to see anyone else get ripped off by the Larry Miller Auto Grou or the Landcar Insurance division of Larry Miller.
