Larry Harmon, Ph.d from the Physicians Development Program is a fraudster. He makes fraudulent reports that are templates from a computer program with fill- in the blanks. He is an extremely charming sociopath that encourages you to confide in him and trust him and he uses the information you give him to make bogus reports. He charges THOUSANDS of dollars for these reports which he demands payment for UPFRONT. He can make you or break you with his reports . He has friends in the Department of Health in Florida that he pays grafts to get these doctor clients and milk them THOUSANDS of dollars.
This Fraudster has a similar arrangement with Miami Teachers Association. He also pays to get these Teacher clients and milk them dry. He is engaging in RACKETEERING and fraud all with the help of his friends in Tallahassee.

Glad to see that we are not the only ones having to deal with this fraudster . His program is faulty, he charges thousands and thousands of dollars and we get nothing in return. He hides under the skirts of his staff, they are almost "programmed" and when asked to speak with him, apparently he is always on vacation. Him and his program need a class action suit so that he can be shut down. He literally has a corner market on preventing the professionals from continuing on with their careers. A true swindler, he needs to be shut down.
