This dealership should NOT be trusted!
I bought a 2008 RAV4 with 9K miles on it, and, as I could not inspect the vehicle in person, (as I live in Colorado), I was promised it was "like new" by Salesperson Troy Petracek.
Upon delivery, in addition to ripped upholstery, and scarred interior, there was a DENT and CRACKED Paint on a door. After many calls, during which I was promised they would "cut me a check" for the body damage to be repaired, (if I sent a copy of the estimate, which I did), I recieved a rude call from "Tommy O", (the sales "supervisor"), at which time I was scolded for believing any promises made on a used car, as "a used car is a used car".
My response to this is A LIAR IS A LIAR!
These guys are not to be trusted!!!!

If you 'Google' this- HANKY PANKY BERNANKE RIPOFF, and cannot find the Ripoff Report that has the 3 POEMS, simply 'Google' this- RIP OFF REPORT TOYOTA MOTOR CORPORATION USA MANIPULATION, and you WILL pull it up!! Thanky-you! Don't forget to read what the Harvard Business Professor said to his class in late 2004! COMPLETELY COLLAPSE!!!! The United States economy (for the most part) is based on these- LIES, DECEPTION, FRAUD, MANIPULATION, GREED, CORRUPTION, & the CONSTANT PURSUIT TO FINANCIALLY INJURE THE INNOCENT!! Our government knows this and is SUPPORTING much of the FRAUD because it is actually 'holding the USA together' right now!! Take a look at the fact that the FEDERAL RESERVE has injected over $200 BILLION into the Banking Industry in the past 9 months or so!! WHY did these Banks need the money?? One word- FRAUD! Fraudulent ways of doing business, on a GLOBAL scale. which has now become the catalyst to these- INFLATION, HIGH GASOLINE PRICES, HIGH CREDIT CARD INTEREST RATES, LOWER HOME VALUES & more! The politicians KNOW that FRAUD is at almost evey level of corporate America, but since THEY are actually BENEFITTING, THEY don't really care!!!! Take a look at the Senator from Alaska as an example! His home got a $250,000 'update' from BIG OIL, didn't it? Look at Rep. Rick Renzi of Arizona! 'Google' this- RICK RENZI INDICTED ON FEDERAL FRAUD, and read it! Look at Federal Judge Edward Nottingham in Denver! Go to www.9news.com and type in NOTTINGHAM and go to the March 20th story about the PROSTITUTION RING that catered to- 'judges, lawyers, businessmen, athletes & politicians'. Look at Eliot Spitzer!! Look at Senator Larry Craig from Idaho! 'Google' this- IDAHO SENATOR CAUGHT IN GAY SEX STING, and read it! Our ENTIRE system is based on FRAUD & DECEPTION & LIES, isn't it?? But these people keep having their pockets LINED by the corporations, DON'T THEY? GUESS WHAT? It's ALL BEING EXPOSED, isn't it? Just watch what happens in the next 6 months!!! First it was Countrywide, now Fannie Mae & Freddie Mac!!! It's ALL COLLAPSING right in front of our eyes!!! Maybe you'll understand!! As for the 'Larry Miller' group of Dealers, they continue to be EXPOSED at this website like many others!! That's all you really need to know!!
