Laser Cosmetica MedSpaLaserSpaHealthSpabodycosmetica Im too too discused with this please. They changed on me twice. then then the third time i was suppose to go back to them they never called to comform my appointment.or nothing i called them just to find out that the phone number was no longer in service. on time of that they never finished what they stared on me.. and they took 1,000 dollores from me. with no good by good luck or any anwers to were im suppose to go now? and on top of that they burned my legs and face serval times always different techs. working on me each time and they are very rough. place was ok looking better than the one on 57th w 57th st. i own a third party money cuz i got a credit line through them. i dont wont to pay them cuz i didnt get the service that i was suppose to. i dont know what i'm to do? what i would like is help me howard on channel 11 to get these crooks. or a probono lawer to plead my case.and many others who got scrawed from the joke of a place. Im was a very excited loyaled customer to laser cosmetica.
was refered there by a friend that didnt even finish her treatments.
first thing was told to me that i was gonna get numming cream for the areas that i was getting zapped
then they changed their minds and said we no longer use that its off the market.
i notice that every time i would go there it was a different tech. and they was alway different tecniques on how u laser some one. the last on that i went to she was so snottie.. and she was like from russa or something like that.
didnt know was she was doing . made a miss every were with the gel that she used. thats just the main surfus of the problems. so my appionment was last month and i didnt get to go or call due to my busy schedrule. they convenced me to buy another package for 500.00 and they didnt even finish my legs ... so i did with a third party credited.
if they knew they was going to leave why did they ask me to do that?
i never heard from them again. and it was a done deal.
so i paid all this money for a unfinished job and something that they was to start on again
highly dissappointed . wonder what name are they going by now.
