Last Chance Cash Advance Deposited Eletronic check for 31.85 Nationwide Florida
My story is just like every one else's here. In December I needed soem extra cash, applied through a clearing house, no one apparently has a direct website. I applied to LastchanceCashAdvance, never recieved a loan or any follow up info. I am certain that I checked no to any and all offers as I am very carefull about that now. A month goes but without incident and one day I chek my bank account and see a $31.85, electronic check posted. Only when I called the bank I learned that it is not and electronic check it is a paper check, electronically generated. Which that bank tell me can not be filed for bank electronic bank fraud or check fraud. Neat huh?
I called the number provided by the bank,cancelled the account. From there I was directed to www.IDtheftrefund.com, and told to request a refund and in 72 hours I would recieve an email letting me know "IF" I was eligible for a refund. I called my bank back and learned that they are very familiar with these people and this scam but can do noting about it. It was recommended that I close my account to avoid any new charges, which is what I did.
I do not believe that I will be getting a refund, but I will let you know.
