Latisse Allergan Latisse doesn't grow your eyelashes longer but it sure grows their financial pocket bigger. San Diego, California
I saw the commercial of Brooke Shields admiring how long her eye lashes had grown since using this new product call "Latisse" so I immediately felt that this might be just the product I have been looking for since I've always wanted my eye lashes longer and since a friend of mine was having her wedding in a few months I thought that I would try it out.
Well I read the information first and it said that the majority of users would see results in about 2 months and since it was June 2009 I thought at least by August 2009 I would have my new longer lashes to attend this wedding right! Well after following the instructions every night and applying the solution with a new brush for each eye every night (they give you about a million of those) I was in anticipation to see some kind of change but low and behold nothing happen after using the entire bottle.
I immediately went back to the doctor's office that I purchased the product from $130.00 (since it is only sold through doctor's offices) I explained to them that I followed the instructions on the box and inspite of the doctor telling me my lashes would grow so long that I would have to cut them I never experienced that. I was then told by his staff personnel that I would have to purchase 2 boxes in order to see results, that meant I would have to cough up another $130.00, I then told her why don't you tell people when they purchase this product that you will not see any results after spending $130 with the purchase of just one box but if you spend $230.00 they might see something. I further stated that if I had known that I would get absolutely nothing for the money I have already spent I never would have purchased it in the first place.
This product is a fraud I hope that the makers of it will be ashamed of what they are doing to the public and I hope that the word spreads as quickly as the commercial has not to purchase it. I will also be contacting the FDA to tell them my story and anyone else that will listen and return my money to me promptly.

Allergan is the company that makes Latisse. You should contact Allergan Customer Service and they will be able to assist you with you problem. I used to work for them and know it will be taken care of if you go through Allergan, not your doctor!
You can get the number from your doctor, just ask for the number they call when they order product.
