Tell us has your experience with this business or person been good? What's this?
CPS lied in court and on thier pamphlets. Laura Nielsen has lied in court and in her Discovery Report. Judge Basha knows that CPS was lying, because, he told CPS to see the glass as half full instead of half empty. He ruled, Feb. 17,2012, that my grand daughter will not get her children back.  Grace is 6 years old, and James is 2 1/2 years old.  We trusted everyone. Believed them to be honest and so did our lawyer. An honest person can not win in court against a liar like CPS.

CPS was suppose to work to keep families togther. They didn't, everything I did was turn around or into a negative view of me.  I love my children and would never hurt them. This is not fair, we didn't know that lies would be made against us. We want our children and we want everybody to know that CPS has everything tied up with their lies.   I have proof of this.  Please help us get our children home, please!

I wanted to let you know that corruption does not just exist in one area of the country. Right here in Collin County Texas that very same thing is happening a lot. Families being broken up, fathers are reduced to criminals without valid information. Biased District Attorney, Judges and "Child Advocates." The corruption goes very, very deep. .Parents who only want a relationship with their child are labeled guilty by CPS until proven innocent. I thought the law was supposed to be "innocent until proven guilty."

Just last week a policeman said to me, that the Criminal Justice system is just that. It was created to protect the criminals. How about that????   And what about the deranged, mentally-ill people who are just focused on getting the other parent out of the child's life, no matter what the cost?  These same people will go great lengths to discredit and slander with great malice and aforethought, scheming and plotting a big CPS scandal to get what they want.

All at a very high price, mind you. The most important part, is that the child suffers greatly by not having an active loving relationship with the child’s other parent.  Lying in court, building a case out of nothing with insiders helping you jump through all the legal hoops, just to keep the other parent out of the child’s life. Very, very sad.

Many children are broken in spirit because of this very thing. And they don’t get better; they grow up broken, lost, yearning for something but they don't know what it is; striving and angry, but at what? The child does not know. But it's the brokeness deep within the child experiences when one parent takes revenge out on the other parent without cause; using the innocent child as an instrument to inflict pain and discrediting the other parent’s reputation- who cares if it’s a lie, right?  Wrong…wrong, wrong, wrong.

CPS won’t even reprimand a parent who is purposely and proven to lie about other parent in a court of law. One would think that once CPS saw the answer to court papers stating 34 false allegations fully and truthfully addressed and responded to, that they would begin to question all of the “facts” backing up a so-called CPS complaint and go deeper into the investigation to question family members on the side of the parent who is the object to all the lies and deception. But CPS and the District Attorney for the child does not do that.

Someday, they all will have to pay the price. For that, I am sorry.
