Interior designer -- not ... but she sells herself and her services just like one. And rumour has it she is starting a new business venture on Wyecroft Rd in Oakville ON Canada and maybe even one in Destin Florida.
whatever she names her companies -- she is a ripoff, a con artist, a liar and doesn't care about the chaos and hurt she leaves in her wake. She should be in prison and made to give everyone's money back. She has scammed companies by ordering product and never paying for it.
She sold a kitchen to a lady plus all appliances, and that lady only has the cabinets... missing are the GE profile appliances, fidge, stove, micro range hood and dishwasher. Even worse is the missing counters, no sink, no island table which was the main reason for the kitchen renovation. Paid $26,000.00 --- got $7,450.00 worth of product.
Other people ordered closet organizers from her only to have the closet people come directly to them with the HSF cheques from Laura in hand. They had to pay again.
Every miserable word out of her mouth is a lie. If you pay this woman ANY MONEY for ANYTHING you will be ripped off. She spends company money on her OWN PERSONAL NEEDS.
I wonder if she claimed $255,000.00 she ripped off (that's just from 6 victims) as income or just as a winfall.
No one should do business with this woman. She has a lovely showroom of high end homefurnishings (most of it never paid for to the vendors) she can rope you into doing business with her, but once you do she will lie cheat and steal from you.
Her husband owns the commercial buildings that she runs her "store" front from. She has even written NSF cheques for court judgements.

Too many incidents to write about without getting into a novel.
One couple wanted their home furnished and decorated...
what a surprise when everything was supposed to be delivered, wasn't.
They found out that all the suppliers whose show rooms they went to in order to select custom furnishings, had been paid by Laura Ragno with NSF cheques, and they had to re-order their furniture and pay for it again.
Their home is still empty and all the window coverings --- well, let's say that all their windows are bare, although they did pay for them.
There is $56,000.00 owing to them from her for all the items they ordered and paid for and she didn't deliver.
Don't think she had any intention of delivering....seems this is a constant oversight on her part.
