luna skin care, referenced in other reports on this site, apparently changes their name periodically in order to avoid prosecution for mail and/or bank fraud. my situation was identical to that of the other women reporting about "100% free trials" that end up costing hundreds of dollars, especially if you happen to be out of town when the first shipment arrivres, and when the email is sent from the company advising that additional shipments are going out. They outright lied to me, charging my credit card after i cancelled my account, claiming it was too late, the product had already shipped. i told them i never got the second shipment, they said to take it up with the post office, since they had tracking information from the postal service showing i recieved the shipment. i called back 4 times, demanding the tracking number so i coould verify this, their system was down, their system was down, their system was down, oh wait..no it never shipped! How is this allowed to happen when there is evidence of mail fraud everywhere? do not do business with any company claiming claiming to offer a free trial..it never is free!
