Did a survey and was told I had won a prize.  There was a list of several to choose from but the only one available was the one for the Lavino Moisturizer.  It read: Free trial of Lavino Moisturizer. You pay only shipping of $4.95. So I completed the ship to form and befoe I was finished I was offered a free trial of the Lavino Eye Cream at same price as the moisturizer. My order was placed on April 11. 2016.  On 4/26/2016 my account was charged with $99.97. When I called the number listed on my bank statement I was told I would have to return the products but I would have to have a RMA to do so. So they gave me a RMA number and I went to the post office and returned the product by Priority Mail Express so they would receive it in time. I was told my order would be cancelled and no other merchandise would be shipped.

Today, 5/6/2016 I receive another package.  I do not know what is in it as I did not open it.  I called the number listed in the internet address and was told my order had been cancelled and that no other merchandise was shipped.  I asked about refunding my $99.97 because I had no way of knowing about the charge or when it would happen, it caused other checks to bounce.  Alex, the first lady I spoke with said I would only get back 20% then she put me on hold and after a long wait period I was cut off.

I called back and spoke with Pam, who said I should get back 50% of the $99.97 and because I returned both the eye creame and the moisturizer under one RMA number, I would not be refunded anything for the moisturizer because I got a RMA for the eye cream and not the moisturizer.  But the guy that gave me the RMA number said it would cover both products.  Pam put me on hold because "the system was being slow" and once again I got cut off after a long wait period.

It appears that all of these skin care "Free Trials" are a scam to rip people off no matter the name of the product.  I've seen several different named products promoted by Dr. Oz and others that apparently are all the same scam.  They change the name of the product offered in the "Free Trials" and the scam begins.  You try to return the product and if it doesn't get back to them within the time period they bill you for the full size product and you never get your money back.
