Was contacted on the internet to participate in a survey. Was notified after the survey about free products, That required shipping costs. I picked the makeup offer and paid the shipping cost. Received the product fine but when I cancelled any other shipments, I was charged 90.00. I contacted them and they said I needed to return the free product or will be charged 90.00. Nowhere did it say anywhere I had to return the product. Now there is no way to contact them because all I get is a recording. Maybe this complaint will help others to refuse the free product.The name of the company is lavish skincare.
