Law Enforcement Systems Sending me invoices for tolls to a car that is not mine. Wilwaukee Wisconsin
Like several other people who have posted on thsi site, I too continuously receive toll violation notices for a car that I do not own. I currently have EZ pass on both of my vehicles and it is a chore as it is to get that 5hit straight (getting double charged or charged and toll viloation at thge same time) with out these yahoos in the mix. When I call to inquire, I am told I need to do this and I need to do that. Fact of the matter is, I don't need to do jack 5hit. I will gladly go to court and show up. Law Enforcement Services is required by law to provide proof of the debt. They make threats that are really over the line of ethical behavior of a debt collector.
