law firm of joel j turney failed to process my fiance’s k-1 visa New York New York
i paid the initial money, then the second payment and the fee for turning in the 129-f form, i never got a receipt of that being turned it. i attempted to contact the attorney involved ,under the joel j turney name, a mister vodim rogov. from what i understand, he is gone now, no way to contact him at all, i called the secretary and i only get the run around, ive been trying to contact him for two weeks. so now....im out the money, he has all my identity information, witch i can not get back, i cant get back all the documents i sent, and the law office is basically .......ohh well .please, if anyone is out there looking to get a k-1 visa, be very very careful about getting a visa attorney to assist you, they can just dissapear at any time ,leaving you stranded. now i have to break the news to my fiance ghat i picked a bad visa law firm and that im sorry. the law offices of joel j turney have done nothing to get back my info,documents
