Law Office of James Parker - Ashley Smith I received a call at my home and the call came up unknown. I let it go to voicemail, the message was from a lady name Ashley Smith, I am in trouble san fransico California
I received a call from a lady with a foreign accent named Ashley Smith. She stated that I should call her since I was in trouble. If I did not return her call then she wishes me good luck. She left phone # 310-405-6185. When i called back a guy picked up the phone and said yeah hello. I asked where am I calling , He stated Law office of James Parker, I acted like I was confused and he stated you must have the wrong number. I went staright to the internet and guess what they are a fraud. i have had issues with recent people claiming I have a law suit pending and have said the same thing that the lady says, I was in trouble I better call or wish you luck, that is the one thing that rings a bell. I just called the number that was left and I received a recording stating that i have reached extension 2783079 and your party is not available and mailbox is full so you cannot leave a message. I am so tired of this. It is a shame that these people can get away with this and they have your correct information so a lot of people assume that they have to pay this person. Well I am sorry , but times are too hard now days to just give your hard earn money away.
Please is there anything you can do to these people and how they obtain our info. When I received a call like this before, i immediatly wrote a letter to the BBB, well I got a letter back from the company that these people claim they are from, and they acknowledge that I did not have an loan with them and That they have been made aware of this Fraud company and they are doing everything to work with the Law to get this thing taken care of. They also gave me a Fraud hotline # for their company and if i was to receive anymore calls from them to call their hotline and the police department. I hope this help someone.
