On October 08,2009 My house was sold and David J Stern evicted me from the property without any knowledge of the fact my house had been sold as well as that their was even a hearing to sell my home. I was never notified until the  Sheriff came to my home with a 24hr notice to vacate the premises.

We say, Fight Mr. Stern's Fraudulent documents! Check out Bethany Hood's name on Assignment Documents as Fraudulent, (She is a Supervisor in a mail room at FIS, she is NOT a VP at MERS, neither are the rest of them on the Docs... all over the Net.... Get a Lawyer, Get Mr. Ice from Ice Legal, Inc. He is one of the BEST in the country... There has to be a CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT against Stern because he allegededly made 238 million dollars last year alone off of Foreclosures...........(Check out site 4closureFraud there are a lot of lawyers on there offering Pro Bono words of advice...)

We must continue to offer prayers for all victims. God Bless You!

So let me be sure I have this right:

-The OP had a house.

-The OP held up his side of the deal by making monthly payments on time and in full.

-The OP reads all his mail, answers the phone, and returns phone calls - so if there was some problem with the mortgage he would have known and fixed it.

-Some lawyer picks the OPs name out of a phonebook.

-The lawyer somehow illegally sells the OPs house.  The only way this would be possible is by falsifying legal documents - a felony.

So to sum it up - some lawyer decides to falisfy documents (which would be almost certain to be detected by anyone who spent 30 min doing research and would certainly result in the lawyer being removed from practice for life) just to cause problems for the OP.  He is willing to throw away everything he has worked for - late nights studying in law school - $100k+ education - prepping for and taking the horrific bar exam - just to be a big meanie to the OP.  Sounds likely to me...
