Elisa Castro California BAR #171814 was retained by me for a family law case. After paying $2700.00 retainer IN CASH, she has not returned calls for 88 days.
Her staff has made 5 appointments. After calling everyday and she never shows up. This is in addition to sending registered mail requesting contact.
Elisa CASTRO did not show up for my hearing with the judge. Nor has she ever filed a response to the court.
She has a history of ripping of clients after speaking with a three other atttorneys and one Judge in Riverside County.
I did some research on the advice of other lawyers who also know about her track record and found out the she has also been sued by her other clients. Riverside case#s 1. Ris160497Khan vs castro, 2. Julia Krider, Case#COS071506, Julia Krider has given permission to list name. 3. Gina Turner vs CASTRO CASE#mus156824, 4. Ismael Castanon, Case#COS071770 5.Juana Garcia CASE #Mus1500 6.Charles Hogan case #mu140906. 7. Jose Cajero vs. Elisa CASTRO.
THE ABOVE ARE ALL PUBLIC RECORD. This lawyer refuses to give back my money after repeated requests. Elisa CASTRO HAS no right to continue stealing money from clients. The state bar of California has been notifed with a complaint from myself and Ms. Krider.
Let's put this unethical lawyer out of business. If there are any lawyers who want to help us let me know, or any other clients she has misrepresented let us know!I am gathering the above people together so we can get her disbarred.

It's sad when you have your child rebut your misconduct. I can attest to the voracity of the customer's claims. Both elisa and krissy have been very vocal with others about wronging clients. I'd even say they've bragged about it. If elisa never practices law again it'll be too soon.

I have personal knowledge that Henry is not truthful, he was given a full refund and the attorney was sick at the end of the time that she represented him. It is public record that he was paid in full. I am also aware that Henry's complaint was over 10 years ago. I am a satisfied, former client. Elisa Castro is a very experienced, aggressive and compassionate Lawyer. She has changed the lives of her clients for the better. I am so glad that I didn't listen to Henry.
