To one and all, be careful of this rip-off sob Mitchell N. Kay. He/She seems to have a very (somewhat) lucrative business ripping-off individuals like us. I don't know how this person gets the information (names and addresses) to individuals such as us, but I hope that there is some way to stop this a-hole from doing this to other persons.
