I use to work for this guy and I saw things from the inside that would turn anyones stomach. Although there was an average of $$30,000.00 a month he would take in, he would not pay us on time or we would have to stand in line to prove how much he owed us for payroll every week.
Family's would come in with all documents requested and cash of checks to get started and it was clear that money was going to pay for the multi million dollar home Shobert lives in off of Wilbur in Tarzana, the cream Porsche, yellow Lamborghini, and white BMW's in the driveway. Not to mention and office night out on the town, blowing money on tables and custom clothes he would have made and even have the taylors come to the office to pick out fabric.
There was no tracking system of software to know if anyone followed up on a file and no one did, thats why when you call no one comes to the phone. the Money Mendelson ad is a joke beyond belief. The home used in the first clip with the oxydized waterfall and female "perposed" owner saying her payment went from $5,800.00 to a mind blowing $1,500 a month (which would be impossible) is NOT THE OWNER OF THE HOUSE! In fact that is "Shobert Vartans" million dollar house used for the commercial. I urge you not to waste time or money with his company.
He constantly changes his DBA name and that in itself would make it hard for you to bring a case agains him unless you signed an agreement with him with his name on the document and then you could sue him directly. If you have been coned by him check the statue of limitations to see it you have leverage to claim your money.
Yes, stay away from the girl Erica that worked from him as well. He pays her rediculous money in bonuses and also is one of his many mistresses. She will to take your money and will flurt or say what ever to take an average of $5 to $6,000.00 in exchange for empty promises. She is all about the money and will pass you off like a molded potatoe once you hand that check over. If you want your money back be sure to courner Shobert directly, he carrys a significant amount of cash and has a check book close by.
