Law Offices of New Horizon & Associates LLC Law Offices of John Ribarich and Associates Ripped off as well... it's all a scam tarzana, California
This company has changed their name three times so far. Once they get the money from you they completely ignore your phone calls, email or any attempt to talk to after they have all you personal information.
So far they ripped me off of $5,500 and ruined my credit completely with their lies and promises of help people who are in need of a loan modification and also unemployed due to the job market and companies not hiring quickly enough. It will be year on the 10th of this month.
They supposedly finish up on my first loan but it turns out that is a lie. Bofa is still charging me late fees and no record of and loan modification documents. I have this company several times to figure out what is going on but no returns my phone calls or even answers my questions
They never even talked to the company that holds the note to my second loan. I am basically doing all the leg work and fighting to keep my home. While these two guys sit and back and rip people off
The one time i did go in to get all documents and money back. Shobert Vartan play a good act of being humble and acting like a god fearing person. I should have realized then i was dealing with a con man and an ultimate liar.
So they have a new player in they game of conning people "John Ribarich"
Both of these guys use Alan Mendelson to push their con through to the masses
Please stay away from them... they will only put you in a bigger hole
