Prashant Kumar will offer to provide services and then will charge ridiculous fees without detailing his attorney costs up front.
He does this and then threatens to sue if you don't pay. We are an Australian company and we retained this lawyer and then he charged us the equivalent of US $15,000 for about one days work. He never explained his hourly rate up front and then threatened to sue us if we did not pay.
