In April 2007, My father James P. Adamczyk called me in Orlando, Florida and asked me if I wanted to meet him in Las Vegas for his 50th Birthday. I accepted the offer and arrived in Las Vegas at the Rio Hotel. The 50th Birthday was held at Cafe Manarano's in the Rio Hotel. It was a good time - My father dancing on the bar with young girls having a blast. I remember the only down part of the night is when he expressed to me "Can you believe Jack Hutching nor Ron Hutchings would even call me on my birthday?" I was like "Yea that's weird.....Knowing the relationship that goes back almost 20 years. A relationship that started when my dad was partners with Jack Hutchings in Shooters of Orlando. A franchised restaurant chain that has it's most recongnizable location in Fort Lauderdale, Florida. And so the relationship began in the early 1990's. Through the years My father James Adamczyk was best man in Jack Hutchings son Ron Hutchings wedding. Countless visits to my father on Jack Hutchings yachts, countless plain rides on Jack Hutchings private jet. As I got older it even got cooler - going with my father and Jack Hutchings to solid gold a strip club in south florida enjoying nice dinners and scenery. Welcome to the good life as Kanye west would sing.........However, the good life ended..........

After the 50th Birthday party was over my father went back to Costa Rica and I went back to Orlando. The phone call came from my father "I'm going to be coming back to Orlando and not working for Jack anymore" he said. When asked why? My father didn't give an answer at first. The basic, "some things happen and it's just a good time for me to start over" answer. Later on and knowing my father, it only took a couple of drinks to get him to open up about what happen. "Jack Hutchings fell in love with an 11 year old!" My reaction was "Gross" and that was the end of it. My father said he had some property in Costa Rica that was worth almost a half a million dollars he needed to sell, when he did he would come back to Orlando and we could do some business. My reaction was "Great" - That was the last time I think I saw my dad excited.................Since then Jack Hutchings extorted my father out of the Costa Rica Property for 120k. My dad owned the property with another Hutchings employee but at the end of the day it was Jack Hutchings who used it over the other employee to make my dad sign a settlement agreement. I have seen the emails with my own eyes about the other Hutchings employee apologizing to my father and saying he couldn't help James P. Adamczyk. It was simple - Jack Hutchings made it so Jim Adamczyk wouldn't get any money unless he signed the settlement agreement. So he signed it on November 5, 2007.....The contract had a "non disparaging clause" Jim Adamczyk was never to disparage or talk about what he did or seen over the last 20 years. My father signed it and left Costa Rica quick - referencing Jack Hutchings ties to criminal families and the threats he received. Once back in the United States is when it got interesting. My father reached out through his attorney Ron Gilbert and said he wanted out of that contract. It was only something he signed because he felt he had to to get out of Costa Rica alive due to him being under duress. Jack Hutchings didn't care and I'm guessing he laughed behind closed doors. After months went by and I figured cooler heads prevailed I told my dad he should just reach out to Jack Hutchings. End this and see if you can move past this alleged dispute. So my dad made a Youtube.com video to Jack Hutchings and asked to end it like gentleman - go there separate ways.....Jack Hutchings apparently already went his separate way when he had my dad sign the agreement on November 5, 2007. After my Dad reached out in the youtube.com video to Jack Hutchings............Enter in David H. Simmons, a former state representative and a Republican that wants to run for Florida senate in 2010, and more importantly Jack Hutchings attorney. Jack Hutchings sued James Adamczyk for discussing the settlement agreement a clear violation of breach of the contract. The lawsuit was filed in April 2008 by Jack Hutchings and David H. Simmons along with his lawfirm deBeaubien, Knight, Simmons, Mantzaris & Neal representing Hutchings. My father filed a counter suit and since then started posting the actions and events on Ladycolumbo.com. In addition, was his own opinions of Jack Hutchings and what he went through over the years.The Orlando Weekly picked up on the story and even I recognized the story might have some value. You don't travel the world with a man worth 400 million for years and years and then just have nothing when it's over except a lawsuit but that's the James P. Adamczyk story. On or about March 2009, this year Judge Nancy Alley in Circuit Court of Seminole County through all the pleadings away from my father and gave summary judgment to Jack Hutchings. The order was not only does James Adamczyk have to forever never disparage Jack Hutchings but also James Adamczyk, heirs, transferees, assignees, employees, etc. can never disparage Hutchings. That is right myself Mark Adamczyk am enjoined and tied to the settlement agreement that my father signed in Costa Rica. I cannot disparage or defame the Hutchings family in any way because I run the website. The Hutchings, A family that I grew up with playing with their Grandchildren and even was so close to that I was asked by Jack Hutchings to hold his son Wesley's hand while he was having a drug problem and take him to the Betty ford clinic for rehab. Today, LadyColumbo.com is down.....David H. Simmons and the law firm deBeaubien, Knight, Simmons, Mantzaris & Neal are great lawyers. Not because they know the law but they can use jack Hutchings 350 million dollars to slam you with paperwork that you will never be able to keep up with. Our civil court system is set up for only rich people to prevail. They are allowed to bury you in paperwork and if you have a job and/or anything else going on in your life you will lose. Trust me because I tried to keep up with it but it's a 24/7 job the postage alone in the Hutchings vs. Adamczyk case has to be over $50,000! Jeffrey Elkins at deBeaubien, Knight, Simmons, Mantzaris & Neal, is putting in 60-80 hours a week on Jack Hutchings suing Jim Adamczyk case. Doing everything they can to shut down the website known as LadyColumbo.com and the order is in and it has been shut down and we bow down to you Jack Hutchings. Just as David H. Simmons referenced to you when he had your former secretary settle for 250k for alleging you sexually harassed her and said......."Jack, Your the man!".......You Are Jack! You might be blind and can't see anything and I feel sorry for you but who needs to see when your as cool as you are!

So what do we do now where does LadyColumbo.com go from here? This particular domain on this server by the people enjoined to that settlement agreement hands are tied for now...........until Appeals court.........How is this a rip off?

David H. Simmons (Florida Senator) knows well, we are abiding by the settlement agreement and removed all disparaging remarks about Jack Hutchings on August 10, 2009 from LadyColumbo.com. However, he still went after our domain with GoDaddy.com and GoDaddy.com suspended our entire account. An account with over 100 domains on it and with paid clients websites that now they can not access. All over one man JACK HUTCHINGS and his pursuit to shut James P. Adamczyk up and now me and my business. How far will he go? How far will I? How bad does Jack Hutchings not want people to know about his life and what we have saw him do legally and illegally since the late 1980's.................

Jack Hutchings, Barbara Jean Hutchings, Bill Hood, Ron or Ronnie Hutchings, Kevin Hutchings, Wesley Hutchings (former drug abuser), are the Hutchings family that have fronted a bill to David H. Simmons and the law firm of www.dbksmn.com for hundreds of thousands of dollars about the website known as www.LadyColumbo.com.

Mark Adamczyk has sued the law firm, David H. Simmons, and Jack Hutchings and will probably now be adding a third party defendant as GoDaddy.com for shutting down all the websites instead of just the one in question. However, we abide by the court order and still are being more then just ripped off......This is seriously over and beyond what America is supposed to be about. Makes you think what are the armed forces fighting for really? Is it for our freedom? How is it that Jack Hutchings - a man that we have witnessed do illegal activities can do this with his wealth and shut innocent people up and shut down there businesses on the web in the United States? All with the help of a Former Florida State Represenative David H. Simmons and his law firm www.dbksmn.com? What kind of world are we living in? Did we mention David H. Simmons wants to be a Florida state senator in 2010?
