I am a current employee of Lawnmasters of Shreveport. I have been an employee of Jason Wynne's for over 4 years. What this guy has accused Jason and Lawnmasters is completely and utterly false information. It's very unprofessional and immature for a grown man to try to ruin a reputable businesses credibility! This guy was a low down junkie that Jason tried to help out on numerous occasions! From my understanding, this individual ( Eric) is still unemployed, due to a serious drug problem! Jason is one of the most caring, honest, trustworthy, generous, and kindhearted person that I've ever had the opportunity to work for!! He has been there for me through tough times in my life and had nothing but encouraging things to say to me! He is also very generous with pay and additional compensation when you are doing a great job! FYI to all of you uninformed commenters that have had bad things to say. Number 1: All of our employees are E-verified and go through a rigorous examination prior to being hired. Number 2: The Hispantics that work for Jason are here by a legal visa and housed at the expense of Jason Wynne. Number 3: All of the Hispanic workers that work for Jason have the opportunity to leave at any time and 99.9% have chosen to stay for 5 years and in some cases longer. Number 4: Every bill that comes in is paid within a few days time. Number 5: I'm very confident that everyone that has made a comment has had misspelled words due to auto correct and just typing to fast. Number 6: I can name around 6 landscape companies that do use illegal workers, don't pay there bills, are in massive debt, and can't get a line of credit anywhere ( Hooglands, D&L, etc... ). Number 7: Lawnmasters has an A rating with the BBB.
I hope that everyone that has commented on this ridiculous report is aware that there are a lot of companies out there doing wrong to their employees and customers. Most of these companies are shut down or on the borderline of closing their doors. Lawnmasters is going strong, has grown each year, and will continue to provide jobs to support families in this ridiculous time in America were there isn't a whole hell of a lot of opportunities, and 100% satisfy our loyal customers. I hope all of you that have posted grow up and one day stop blaming good employees for this economy and the unhappiness that has obviously engulfed your lives!!
On behalf of all employees of Lawnmasters/ Jason Wynne,

I have heard such things about Lawnmasters, and how Jason Wynne operates. It is a shame that money can buy you a blind-eye from investigators and the penalties of the law. I strongly encourage Eric to submit these findings and any information that he may have to the authorities that are not in Lawnmaster's pocket. This practice is still going on and is depriving many of work. It is known that the owner frequently makes trips to Dallas for new workers; all of which are illegal. I also encourage Jason Wynne to have his rebuttal spell-checked before submitting it in his defense for the public to read.

My name is Jason Wynne and i am the owner of Lawnmasters of Shreveport La , Eric Smith is the person who filled this report after i had to let him go for drug use . We at Lawnmasters file for 15 H2B VISAS every year threw the goverment , we have all the paper work and visas to back are cliam. You may allso check with the department of Immigration or call are office and we will give you are number to the goverment recruter . Lawnmasters phone number is 318-686-4103 . It is a sham that one upset employee can file a false report like this and try to hurt a company , that he was fired from because of his own personal problems .

If this is true he is guilty of many felonies, including hiring illegals, non-payment of payroll tax, falsifying documentation, etc. If I were you I would not only call your local police dept, but also the INS and the FBI.
