Lawrence David Tylutki Sold me a truck, told me it was a 1995. Turns out it is a 1990 chop-shop special! Livonia Michigan
On November 11, 2008 my wife and I drove almost two hours to Livonia, MI and bought a truck we found on Craigslist from a 23 year old guy named Lawrence David Tylutki.
The craigslist ad stated more than once that the truck was a 1995. I paid the guy $6200 in cash thinking this was a decent price for a 1995, drove it home where my wife then realized the title states the truck as a 1990! I then got a carfax report and it also stated a 1990.
After closer inspection the truck appears to have gone through a chop-shop to make it **look** like a 1995. Lawrence David Tylutki refuses to refund me my money or to make any compensation. We called him on this the night we purchased the truck and he was belligerent, rude, and falsely stated that he was a police officer for the Livonia Michigan Police Department.
Lawrence David Tylutki is a flat out liar and crook! Do not do business with this guy!

Up for sale is my 1995 Ford F350 4 door crew cab. It has a 5 speed 7.3L Turbo diesel engine. It has power locks and windows. It is a 4X4 which all works perfect. Everything works! Heat, air etc. The body is in prestine condition with NO RUST AT ALL. I noticed maybe 1 or two tiny paint bubbles around the truck, but you honestly wouldnt't even know they were there unless I showed you! It is black, with a blue interior. Original front seats were removed and I installed two large captain chairs that are extremley comfortable. Has the bench seat in the back along with the sliding back window. Interior is also in good shape. The whole truck is excellent! Had brand new fuel tanks installed, fuel lines, fuel filter, glow plugs and wires, block heater and all of which I have records of. Suspension, oil etc. Dana axles. It has newer larger wheels and tires. Everything on this truck has been redone! From top to bottom. The truck has only 125,000 miles! These are baby miles on a diesel. Take a look on Ebay and you will see that trucks like this are on there with excess of 500,000 miles. I inherited this truck from my grandfather about 5 years ago when he passed. He really took care of this thing! The truck is a Florida truck and has not been driven in the winters. He used it to tow his trailer down to florida in the winter and back to Michigan in the summer. It is also equipped with a braking system and tow package! It also has a bedliner with diamond plated edges. There may be a few tiny dents on the truck but I am being hinest nothing really that you will notice. My grandfather was the original owner of the truck. It was rarely driven. He had a llncoln towncar to cruise around in and the truck was strictly for towing his trailer twice a year. This truck really looks good! It definitely catches your eye! I get compliments everywhere I go! The truck is for SALE OR TRADE! Let me know what you offer or what you have! I have seen this issue before. The problem is the buyer is buying as is. The buyer must accept the title and as long as the title shows the correct year of the vehicle he did nothing but make a few cosmetic changes. In other words it sounds like it looked like a 95 but was really a 1990. the buyer obviously recieved the title and must not have checked it to see what year it was. If they would have done so it would have shown it was a 1990. So this could be a misunderstanding also. It sounds like the buyer expected a 1995 but got a 1990 and they could have avoided the issue by reading or reviewing the title before doing the transaction. I dont see fault on the seller due to them stating that it had a 95 clip. The compaint is stating they thought it was a 95 and not a 90. Looks to me as the issue was with the buyer not reviewing material. I dont see how anyone was ripped off here. seems buyer negotiated for what they wanted and later realized they made a mistake. should be taken down.

I have purchased many cars from Mr. Tylutki...He imports for out of state, fixes them up , and sells them to make a profit! Nothing wrong with that! I was also interested in this diesel truck and I went and looked for myself...It was a 1990 truck, but the truck had a 95 front clip on it and he did make that clear! The ad that I am reading has been edited to my knowledge and I recall seeing the actual sentence stating it had a 95 front clip on it along with a carfax report! I have never had a problem with him, nor have any of the other people I have seen him deal with! If you see there is only one report, and if you go to craigslist, you will see how many items he sells weekly n there! I was also informed by him that this couple has threatened him and his family. In addition, the battle creek couple made false accusations stating he was a police officer...I know where he works and why would he tell you something like this when selling a car. I have done business with him and we usually met at the police department to insure a safe tranaction! Also I have heard the calls Mr. Tylutki played for me with the batle creek couple asking to leave the purchase amount clear on the title and that they threatened to also put in a larger amount to sew him for! Obviously they have the title! Obviously they read it! I don't see what the problem could be but a misunderstanding! I also researched their phone numbers with Mr Tylutki and saw that numerous complaints for fraud have been filed! Zach
