Use caution when doing business with this firm, they use be called KEL attorneys, I did business with them a few years back and got taken. I called KEL and spoke to a " Intake paralegal" he called me back a few days later and stated I needed to retain them immediatley, I paid a flat fee for one year representation - found out later that I didn't need to reatain them until I was actually served papers-which was nine months after I retained them.
Resarch the firm and consult with other firms before retaining them. All they did was change thier name after they got reprimanded by the Florida bar. A paralegal should not call you and procure the business.
