in 2008 I was in hard times and the promise of steady work was a welcome offer,
from Tony Delgado. In my desperation to get back to working and making a living
left me with a desperate disposition and willing to take a chance for a new opportunity
for work. My desperate situation left venerable to deception and manipulation.
Thus I ended up borrowing almost $5,000.00 to get my training to be dispatch as
a field technician with LC Communication; I was ready to get back on my feet!
I was promised paid training; however I was paid less than minimum wage and was
instructed to do tasks that were unrelated to my training and was used as cheap
labor, furthermore I was given at times only one work day a week and yet had to
remain over 500miles from my home.
I ended spending money on a motel and not getting any legitimate training. After
approximately 2 months of this I was final dispatched to work. I soon was
informed by supervisors that many of the motel and other expenses were not
being covered and some of my related expenses have still not been reimbursed as
agreed.
Regardless it became evident that this group of individuals has come together
as a cohesive bunch of liars and self serving pigs in order to take advantage
of men seeking employment.
I ask that "please dont do business with these harmful liars and if you
are seeking employment opportunities, that this is not an opportunity but an
organized ring of liars that will leave you broke.

PS The haggard ladies with the big smiles that work there, dont trust them they are the wives of the owners and their loyalty is making money at anyones expense.
Ladies I hope your children go hungry as you have been the cause of hunger of honest working mens children.

Then explain all the lawsuits filed against your company with the same argument. LC Comm. Inc does not pay their contractors the money owed to the contractors after they complete the work. After posting this blog I have heard from several Wildblue dealers and installers with the same stories contact (((REDACTED))) if you are one of their victims.
Sincerely
Richard

My name is Chris Lindsay and I'm one of the owners of LC Communications. It's unfortunate when articles like this come up. I normally wouldn't respond to something like this however, I feel that I need to. In response to Mr. Lovato's complaint. One thing that Mr. Lovato failed to state is that he has issues with turning in correct and signed paperwork. Unfortunately, we can't pay out on these jobs until the correct paperwork has been signed and turned in. This has been an ongoing problem and we have spent several man-hours explaining this to Mr. Lovato and he fails to send in the correct paperwork. Honestly, how can LC pay on jobs that Mr. Lovato did without the paperwork? He has even come to the office with paperwork and the first two that I looked at personally weren't signed by the customer. Mr. Lovato has excuse after excuse. It's actually really simple. Go do the job to specifications and turn in the correct signed paperwork. We will be more than happy to review the situation as soon as this is done. Mr. Lovato could of had this done if he wanted to long before Christmas time. I really can't see how this is LC Communications fault. As far as the accusation of LC Communications "railroading" Mr. Lovato with WildBlue is incredible. LC Communications has no say in who gets their certification number revoked. WildBlue is a professional company that demands that their installs be done to specifications and if they are not, their personnel will contact the installer directly and give several warnings before pulling the certification number. I have several pictures of Mr. Lovatos jobs that were not installed to specification sent to me by WildBlue. Again, simply put. If you continuously do jobs incorrectly then you will get your certification number revoked. Once your cert is revoked we can't use that installer. I'm not really sure why this is LC's fault either. One thing that Mr. Lovato needs to understand is that when we have to replace a contractor in certain areas it costs LC Communications more money then he thinks. (Advertising costs, certification training, supervisors to cover the area until a replacement is found.) LC Communications is contracted by WildBlue to get jobs done correctly. And lastly, I'm not really sure where the personal attacks against me are coming from. Mr. Lovato and I have always had a good working relationship. However, I feel that Mr. Lovato should not worry about what type of cars that I drive or what type of material things that I personally have. He should be more concerned with how to manage his own affairs. LC Communications has been in business for almost 15 years and if you Google us there has been only 1 other complaint. That's not bad in my book. Chris Lindsay LC Communications
