I ordered 35 leads from this company and to today's date 7-14-10 have received no leads no return calls. I sent them a check overnight in June with the agreement of 25 leads with 5 leads a day. I did happen to speak with a "manager" once and was told the Gen. Mgr. will return my call but that never happened. This company gave no effort to provide me with the leads I paid for in full I expect a full refund and will follow this through till I receive a full refund.

Lead Discovery has been in business for over 12 years and does not have a single complaint to be found anywhere on the internet until this one.

I would be more than willing to discuss this issue with this reporting company should they wish to contact me directly or provide their contact details. However, since there is no contact information, no company name, no full name and absolutely no record of such an event I have no way of identifying and addressing this issue directly.

Here is what we do know:



  • We have no clients from South Carolina


  • We have no clients with the name "Sonia"


  • The poster states they paid $1400 for 25 leads and then 35 leads?


  • In either case we have never sold leads for $40 nor $56 making this statement false.


  • We do not have a general manager and I personally handle all client calls.


  • I have never received a phone call such as the one noted in this "complaint".


  • I have never received a complaint nor request to refund a full order.


  • We have always had a 100% return policy with no cap, the refund process is all online and refunds applied within hours. If an issue like this occurred this supposed client could have returned all of the leads. Why didn't this person return the leads, there is and was nothing to stop them?


  • Our return rate was under 5% in 2010 and of these returns we accepted 99% of them. Thus a 100% return rate for this client, if they are real, would suggest an issue on their end of the sales process, not the lead quality.


  • Since absolutely nothing lines up with items stated in this complaint I can only assume that it is a false report filed by a competitor. Unfortunately, this is far too common on review sites.

    If you are researching marketing companies please call us directly and I am sure you will quickly learn that we are an honest and ethical company that does all that we can to service both the consumer and our clients.
