Leader International Impression Tablet don't know Internet
I also purchased an impression tablet from Leader International along with many other customers. I purchased it through HSN. I had to return the tablet 3 times for repairs. They kept sending me defective tablets, the last one didn't work at all. I sent it back to them, they kept putting me off. Had me wait until the next year because tablets were to be in stock by then. Eventually they stop taking calls. I ket calling. They had closed down, disconnected their phones.
They had my money and the tablet. Before they closed down, I was given the run around by Leader and HSN, they kept pointing me back and forth. Finally I contacted HSN and told them someone needs to give me a refund. I paid HSN my money. I finally taked to a manager, I let them know that Leader had closed down their business, their service department, everything. HSN refunded the total cost of the tablet. In speaking with other comsumers that were scammed by Leader, I learned that one of the consumers spoke with some wharehouse admininstrator who informed them that they had a warehouse full of (700) broken Leader Impression tablets and didn't know what to do with them. I did some reseach trying to track them down and found out they were working out of a house, their website was set up on GoDady. The was one owner/employee. This was a rip off!!!
