First, I was so happy to get such a low price for my Tempo C-38 electric scooter from the leadermobility.com but my joy vanished after I paid them.
The scooter came with no charger, book and broken front panel. I mean it came after I theratened these crooks to ship it because they said that this scooter was in stock but it really was not, otherwise they could have shipped it without being threatened.
Like I said, the price was cheap, that is why I fell into this trap of buying from these chargedmobility people.

But guess what, a week later they charged me an extra $420 saying that the price on their website was in error!!!
My main problem is that their customer service sucks and the scooter broke down after a couple miles. To be exact, the wheel fell off and I almost ended up in the hospital.
That's when my water got hot and talked to my brother who has a similar scooter from ewheels back a few years ago.
He found out that this leadermobility people are the same as the ewheels: electricwheelstore.com/
They have such a bad reputation, they ripped off so many people that they are now changed the names of their scooters and continue selling them.
They have an F at the BBB: http://www.bbb.org/houston/business-reviews/motor-scooters-dealers/electric-wheels-in-houston-tx-90019010
There are so many people complaining about them, such as

It seems that your complaints are with another company...not LeaderMobility.com. Leader Mobility LLC began as a business in August of 2016. Your complaints are from April 2016 and prior.
You stated that Leader Mobility was E-Wheels and Charged Mobility. We are not affiliated with E-Wheels or Charged Mobility. We are located in Lakeside, AZ as a separate business, altogether.
To my knowledge, E-Wheels and Charged Mobility are not affiliated with each other. They are separate companies that have been in business for years. We are a new company!
I'm sorry you had a bad experience, but it was not Leader Mobility.
