LeanSpa LeanSpa Scam!!! BEWARE OF "FREE TRIAL"....They charge you $19.41 for canceling your order. Orange, Connecticut
LEAN SPA IS A SCAM!!
Against my better judgement, I bought into LeanSpa's 14 day "FREE TRIAL" period. All I had to pay was $1.95 for shipping and handling. It took almost two weeks to receive the order. Since I was unable to try the product out before I was locked into another shipment, I attempted to cancel the order for the trial period.
I called and called and called - all I got was a recording because they were having "an unusually high number of calls". The website apparently is having trouble with their 24/7 live internet support representives also, as I could never seem to have any luck with that either so I tried to cancel online.... it was at that point that I learned that I could cancel at any time...but it was going to cost me $19.41 AND they would only take the return if I was given an RMA#. (The only way you can get an RMA# is via the phone or the web). How am I supposed to get the number when I can't even reach someone to cancel the order!!!!!!
