Lease Finance Group LLC Trying to get more money from credit card machine Chicago Illinois
Our business went out of business, so we closed our checking account and that is when Lease Finance Group started contacting us by mail stating that we owed 39.95 plus tax. We sent the machine back to them through the post office, but they won't close our account and keep adding charges each month and say that they didn't receive the machine. The post office doesn't have it, I don't have it and they say that they don't have it. and know say that I owe them $300.00 to close my account for a machine that I don't have that I sent back to them. I would like them to show me prove that they don't have it in their system. because a package can't grow legs and walk away. and I have been on the phone with many post offices who say that it is not in their office. and if it was damaged doing delivery that I would get it back. I would just like to know how to end this without having to pay them for something that I sent back to them and they have to have it, where else could it be.
I also sent them a copy of the receipt proving that I sent it back, but not good enough.
