Lease Finance Group LLC When we tried to cancel service 2 years ago, company lead us to believe that we had to continue paying the monthly fee or it would go against our credit our business had beed closed for at least a year or longer prior to that, we were just trying to finish out 2 yr contract, then 1 year ago we tried to cancel again and was told that we had to pay off machine. Still getting the runaround. Ripoff Chicago Illinois
We tried to cancel services with Lease Finance over 2 yrs ago but were told that we couldnt, even though our business had already been closed for over a year. We kept paying and thought that our contract (2yr) would be over soon. We made several calls trying to cancel but got the runaround and harassing calls 8-10 times per day if we were late on a payment. Then about a yr ago we were told by them that we had pd off the contract but needed to finish paying for the credit card maching. We supposedely only owed about $360, so we kept on paying. Now, they tell us that we have to send the equipment back if we want to cancel and fax a letter to them, then send 1 more pymt and we can cancel services, finally!!!! We feel that we have been ripped off and lead on a wild goose chase so that they could keep getting money from us.
