Lease Finance Group Reports illegally to PERSONAL credit bureau reports and falsifies documents Chicago Illinois
Lease Finance Group LLC sucks!
Beware doing business with Lease Finance Group LLC. In my opinion, they are scam artists, notorious for their so-called "Non-Cancellable" leases. They prey on small businesses with shady sales people offering marked-up credit card processing equipment, do everything they can to get new small business owners to sign somewhere, then THEY complete the rest of the document with inaccurate information and fill in the blanks to their company's advantage. In my case, the person whose signature appears is not only not authorized, but has no idea what it is they even signed for, because the fast-talking salesperson had the paper folded over and explained NOTHING, only that a signature is required for an urgent matter that was previously authorized.
Worse yet, when your small business goes under, and you return the equipment to them, they continue to charge you based on what I feel is an illegal "non-cancellable lease". Their non-existant customer service is horrible as well.
This company is under countless investigations with the Better Business Bureau and many state attorney general's offices, and you will see their name prominantly on Rip-Off Report and other consumer websites.
