As a retailer based in Florida with a similar name, we are responding to inquiries as to whether or not we are a related entity to the company listed on this complaint. Very simply, we are not. The retailer in this complaint seems to be a store in Maryland that according to state of MD records, went out of business in 2009.
Records from the Maryland BBB reflect the same informations which can be seen below.
According to information in the BBB files, it appears that the company is no longer in business. The phone numbers the BBB had for this company are disconnected, and directory assistance does not have a listing for this company. The BBB's mail to this company has been returned as undeliverable.

This is in response to a complaint filed by Melissa in Bowie Maryland in regards to a $ 300.00 delivery fee at Leather Expo in Crofton, Md. Now really Melissa, why didn't you tell the real truth. The fact of that matter is that we did send out 2 incorrect pieces to their sectional which was scheduled to be picked up and exchanged within a reasonable time. They stormed in our store and exclaimed that their furniture that they assumed was lost by the Military had arrived from Japan and they no longer wanted the sectional and that we should eat all fees. WRONG! We told them that the delivery is on them but we waved the 25 % restocking fee which is a normal process in most furniture stores, there are actualy people that are payed to deliver and restock. This is by no means a FREE process. Because they were young and in the Military, not only did we give them an advertised promo price we refunded their money and picked up the furniture. Their old furniture came and they just didn't want the sectional any longer. They took advantage of us not the other way around. SHAME ON YOU MELISSA. My husband was not confrontational. I was right here and your husband was the one with the temper and the one who was being unreasonable. If you recall, you had to calm your husband down. There are always 2 sides to every story. The right side. and your side the wrong side. We feel we did the right thing as we value ALL our customers. Our record is unblemished with the Better Business Bureau as our customer service is impeccable! The truth be known to all consumers we are family owned and operated. We are HONEST business people running an honest business.
